(1) These terms of use govern the use of the online offering at statreps.de, operated by Chang-Hun Jung.

(2) By accessing and using the offering you accept these terms. For paid services, our general terms and conditions apply in addition.

2. The offering

(1) The offering comprises digitale Lernkurse zur Statistik, bestehend aus Videos, Erklärtexten, Übungen und Begleitmaterial.

(2) We continue to develop the offering and may change, add to or discontinue individual features where this is reasonable for you.

3. User account

(1) Some features require a user account. The details provided on registration must be accurate and complete.

(2) Access credentials must be kept confidential and must not be passed on to third parties. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

(3) You may delete your account at any time without notice.

4. Permitted use

(1) The offering may only be used in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

(2) The following are prohibited in particular:

• posting unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or harmful content,
• automated extraction of content beyond ordinary search engine indexing,
• any action liable to impair the availability or security of the offering,
• circumventing access restrictions or security measures.

(3) In the event of a breach we may remove content and suspend or permanently block access. Further claims remain unaffected.

5. Rights in content

6. Availability

(1) We endeavour to keep the service running without interruption. There is no entitlement to constant availability.

(2) Maintenance, security measures or disruptions beyond our control may lead to temporary restrictions.

7. Liability

(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage arising from injury to life, body or health.

(2) In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

(3) The operators of external websites we link to are solely responsible for their content. No legal violations were apparent at the time the links were created.

8. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms of use where this is necessary due to a change in the law or a further development of the offering. We will notify users of material changes in an appropriate manner.

9. Final provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

(2) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
